Bed and Breakfast

For our bed and breakfast visitors we think we have thought of every convenience (please tell us if you disagree). Electric sockets near mirrors for hair drying (hairdryers in both rooms), Full length mirrors, Radio alarm clocks, plenty of surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries. Our comfortable double/family bedroom and twin/double bedroom both have en-suite bathrooms. Cots and highchairs are available for smaller guests.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Where possible we have used local Scottish produce for your breakfast - Fifeshire bacon and sausages from Auchtertool, local free range eggs, freshly baked bread, homemade jams and marmalade and, in the season, homegrown tomatoes. Costs

March, April, May, June 2008 £32 per person per night.
Single Occupancy £40

July and August 2008 £35 per person per night.
Single Occupancy £45

September, October 2008 £32 per person per night.
Single Occupancy £40

November, December 2008  £30 per person per night.
Single Occupancy £35

Children 0-4 years no charge.  5-16 years old 50% of the full rate.

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Delta) accepted.

Deposits

When booking your accommodation we ask for a deposit of 50% of your first night’s stay.

Cancellations

If your booking is cancelled up to two weeks before your stay we will refund any deposit paid. If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your stay we will ask for a payment of 50% of your first night.  If your booking is cancelled within 3 days of your stay we will charge you for one night. If you do not take up your reservation without letting us know, we will charge you the full cost of your intended stay.
